Modular Multi Target Mineral Processing

The more targets you extract from one ore body, the cheaper the relative processing costs become as the targets share some or even most of the processing circuits. So a complex processing system focused on multi target extraction in able to optimize the relative total operational costs.   

This approach either requires a significant initial investment and hence is rather an options for large corporation with respective budgets. Or project owners can decide to proceed in a modular approach anticipating additional processing circuits and modules ahead and financing additional modules from revenue stream resulting from the initial or primary target. Again, this is a matter of the projects context and needs to be discussed in detail.

• their size and size distribution
• their total content
• the  comprehensive composition of material
• the elements that have potential to impact the processing system. 

Once we have obtained this knowledge the processing system can be planned.
The analyses needs to be conducted by certified and highly skilled experts. You can send material for such analyses either to us or an accredited laboratory specialized on mineral laboratory assessments. 

Before any major production plant is realized the laboratory data is complemented by actual batch testing in a pilot plant. Once the laboratory data matches the results for batch trials we can realize the final production plant and proceed in the aforementioned modular approach.
